Yeraldinne (Yeri) John

Yeri is the first friendly voice you are likely to hear when contacting our office. She is the backbone of Permit Solutions, from intaking new projects, to assisting our clients navigate the permit process. Yeri is crucial to the overall daily operations our organization.

Yeri is originally from Southern California, she graduated from UC Riverside in 2017, where she received B.A. in English. After graduation she worked at a law firm in San Diego as a legal assistant for over 2 years. She moved to Austin in 2020, which led her to change her career paths. Since becoming the Office Manager at Permit Solutions she has found an interest in the complexities behind the physical structures that surround us.
