Our Services
Accessory Structures and ADUs
Accessory Dwelling Units and backyard offices became an extremely popular request during the pandemic. Not all lots qualify for and ADU, but you might still be able to build an accessory structure.
Express Permits
In Austin, cosmetic work, shower and tub conversions, and other minor remodel work might fall under the scope of an express permit. These permits are faster to obtain, but are limited in scope.
Electric Vehicle Charge Stations
Depending on the jurisdiction, location, and quantity EV Charge stations must obtain a permit in addition to the Electrical Permit to install.
Contractor Registration
The State of Texas does not require that contractors obtain a State License, but you must be registered to do work in each jurisdiction.
